Please be respectful and mindful of the artist's time. We don't like rushing perfection or cutting into another client’s appointment time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be subject to reschedule and charged an additional $50 for PMU and $20 for all other appointments as a late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW. If you are running late, please TEXT the studio at 201-280-4620 ASAP.

Since we are a studio that is by appointment only, we ask our clients to respect our time as much as we respect theirs. ALL CLIENTS WHO “NO-SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED THE “FULL PRICE” OF BOOKED SERVICE. If you do not show up to your PMU touchup appointment, your touchup appointment will be forfeited, along with an additional fee. For all packages, we will deduct a session if no-showed.

• Rescheduling Less Than 48 Hours Notice, Arriving Later Than 15 Minutes To Your Appointment, Or Failure To Follow Pre-Appointment Care Will Forfeit Their Deposit And Must Place A New One To Rebook. Pricing May Be Subject To Change. Appointment Cancellations Will Forfeit Their Deposit. Please Only Book An Appointment If You Are Committed To The Service.
• Only One Reschedule Allowed Per Appointment Additional Reschedules Result In A Full-Service Charge For The Missed Appointment.
• No-Shows/Same Day Cancellation Results In Full-Service Charge Of The Appointment.
• If You Reschedule Your Second Session Outside Of The Week's Touch Up Window, You Will Be Charge A 150 Dollar Fee At Touch Up. 
• If You Miss An Appointment Or Are Chronically Late For Appointments, We Will Assume You Prefer To Do Business With Another Professional, And We Will Decline Any Requests For Further Appointments With Our Studio.

For full semi-permanent makeup treatments, your first touch-up is complimentary, therefore, all PMU touch-up appts cannot be rescheduled once booked. When rescheduled, there will be a 150 Dollar Inconvenience Fee. For eyebrows/eyeliner/lip tattoos, your touchup session must be scheduled 5-10 weeks following your first session. A touchup enhancement session is essential for the best possible results. Additional touch-ups may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with darkly pigmented skin, or those who do not follow after-care instructions properly. Scheduling a touch-up session after 10 weeks is no longer considered complementary and will incur an additional charge according to the timeline. Please check our price list for more info.

Touch-up appointments can be scheduled via TEXT 201-280-4620. 

EXISTING BROW/EYE LINE TATTOOS: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you text us clear crystal photos of your brows for approval (text us at 201-280-4620) or book for a consultation BEFORE your appointment booking for a brow/eyeliner TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, the business name, and the artist name who performed your service.

Cosmetic tattoo is a multiple-step process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in less than the desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows/eyeliner to heal properly following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial!
