Before your procedure, clients are advised of the following:
- Best to come in with clean skin. In case you can’t, we provide oil-free make-up remover.
- No chemical peels, Botox, or fillers at least two weeks before the procedure.
- No excessive tanning or sunburn.
- No Retin-A or retinol for 14 days prior.
- No alcohol the night before your appointment. If you are sensitive to caffeine, avoid drinking coffee prior.
- Feel free to bring reference pictures.
- Avoid coming in during your menstrual cycle.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please reschedule your appointment.

Keep the treated area as dry as possible for 24hours. When showering, make sure to avoid the face area.
- No excessive sweating such as intense cardio, hot yoga, etc.
- Make sure to apply a “light” layer of the provided healing product morning and night to the treated area for a minimum of 3 days. Do not over-apply it!
- Do not apply other occlusive products on the treated area such as Neosporin, Vaseline, Aquaphor, or oil.
- Do not put makeup on the treated area for a minimum of 7 days or until the scabs have flaked off.
- The treated area may feel slightly itchy which is completely normal and a part of the healing process.
- Do not peel or pick at the scabs as this can affect the outcome of pigmentation.
- No swimming, tanning, saunas, or skincare for at least 14 days.
- No face scrubs or chemical peels at least 3 weeks after.
- Be mindful of retinoids, Retinol, acidic products, and excessive exfoliating. The use of these ingredients will fade them out even after they are healed.
