Before your procedure, clients are advised of the following:
No aspirin/ibuprofen and any vitamins that may thin your blood for 48-72 hours. Tylenol is fine.
No chemical peels, Botox, or fillers at least two weeks before the procedure.
No excessive tanning or sunburn.
No Retin-A or retinol on the brow area for 14 days prior.
No alcohol the night before your appointment. If you are sensitive to caffeine, avoid drinking coffee prior.
Feel free to come in with your regular brow makeup on so the artist can see the everyday look you prefer. Reference pictures of shapes and colors of brows are always welcomed.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please reschedule your appointment.
Post-Care Instructions
Keep the treated area as dry as possible for 24hours. When showering, make sure to avoid the face area. When cleaning or washing the face, make sure to avoid brows and clean around it.
No excessive sweating such as intense cardio, hot yoga, etc.
Make sure to apply a “light” layer of the provided healing product morning and night to the treated area for a minimum of 3 days. Do not over-apply it!
Do not apply other occlusive products on the brow area such as Neosporin, Vaseline, or Aquaphor.
Do not put makeup on the brow area for a minimum of 7 days or until your brows have stopped peeling.
The brow area may feel slightly itchy which is completely normal and a part of the healing process.
Do not peel or pick on the pigment as this can affect the retention.
No swimming, tanning, or saunas for at least 14 days.
No face scrubs or chemical peels at least 2 weeks after.
